    I just created a form, everything works looks fine, the required fields work as expected.

    But after a few testings of submissions, I’m not seeing anything in the backend of the submission area nor am I receiving any emails (notification are setup correctly).

    Has anyone experienced this before?

    Hi @jeffmywork,

    I made a test submission on your form and wasn’t able to find any issue during the time and while checking the browser console.

    Are you still facing the same issue? If yes it’s an odd one, could you please export the form and share the export file in the next reply so that we could test the form and see what might be causing it?

    You can use Google Drive, Dropbox or any such cloud services to share the export file.

    Looking forward to your response so that we could help get you sorted asap.
