Submissions not posting to CFDB

  • Hi there,
    Recently my site auto updated to the latest wordpress, I’m not sure if that is the start of my problems but submissions are not showing on the CFDB page for any of my forms. The emails are still sending and I can manually pull the information I need from those emails but the short codes aren’t all displaying and the database isn’t pulling in the submissions. I tried downloading a csv file to see if it was still showing but nothing was there.

  • I am having the same problem
    I think this may be a clue, which is located WP Dashboard, Contact From DB system settings page

    It looks like there was an update on Monday April 14 – which is the date it stopped capturing submissions.

    Anyone have any clever suggestions?

    Same here. Submissions are not stored.

    Same here. Not sure if it broke with the plugin update or WP 3.9.1 update.
