Submissions not Going Through To SalesForce

    But not all the time. Salesforce integration is enabled and most of the entries are actually being added to salesforce, but I’ve had 10 or 15 in the past month that haven’t transferred. Might be same issue as above.

    This plug-in seems like it will be amazing, but so far I am experiencing the same issue. All of the submissions load onto wordpress but nothing is being transferred to our salesforce account. I’ve tried both “Web to Lead” and “API” versions without success. Our website is https://www.hinckley.utah.edu.

    Help would be such a godsend.

    Please upgrade to the latest version and set up Feeds (see the plugin FAQ “Web-to-Lead: How do I create a Feed?”) and this should solve the problem.

    You can also install the Gravity Forms Logging Tool and you’ll be able to see exactly what activity has been going on with the plugin.
