Submissions not coming in to my inbox

Hi, I’ve recently noticed that submissions through my contact form are not coming into my inbox in outlook but rather my junk mail. Also, not all of them are being sent though. I’ve ran a test and submitted a form, but they are not coming through. Our I.T. asked what the SMTP server was for Contact form 7. Do you know what might be causing this error?

The contact form is coming through our contact us section located in the footer of our website.
