Submissions menu does not load

I have a simple elementor form and when I try to check the submissions in wp admin the Elementor/Submissions menu is just loading, nothing happens.

When I check this submissions page in Chrome dev tools I can see red error messages like:

Uncaught (in promise) Response?{type: "basic", url: "https://www.kozszov.hu/wp-json/elementor/v1/form-submissions", redirected: false, status: 405, ok: false,?…}

Why can’t I open this page?
