https://snipboard.io/8WDCBR.jpg Please check this. All the fields are set up properly. I’ve been using this plugin on many sites but only on this site, its not working. it shows success message and redirects me to a page but the form is not collected in the inbox.

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

Theme is gourmand wordpress theme and plugins are
akismet
cf7
redirection for cf7
google analytics
wp code light

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7 and Akismet, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

I did as you said, still no email!

Do you get any response message after you submit the form?

Thank you for your message. It has been sent. THIS MESsAGe

See this FAQ > I see a response message “Thank you for your message. It has been sent.” with green border, but I never receive a mail for that.
