CSV Download has Duplicate IDs and Dating Issues

Using NF 3.0.27 with NF PayPal Express add-on. Still having submissions download issues with the CSV. In the dashboard, the submissions are correctly numbered and dated.
Dashboard Example: The IDs are numbered consecutively 401, 402, 403, 404 and the dates are in MM/DD/YYYY order.
CSV Example: Duplicate IDs with exist with different sumbissions. 401, 401, 402, 402, 403, 404. The dates of the odd duplicates are in a DD/MM/YYYY format, but the others are in normal MM/DD/YYYY format.
Do you know when an update will be available from Ninja Forms? Support said one is coming, but the non-profit I am helping can not get their event data from the system in any way that is useful. Folks paid for the event through Ninja Forms PayPal Express system, so we can’t just get rid of it and use a different device.
Love Ninja Forms. Wish there were something I could do to fix it.
