I can see you are using Stripe as payment, I tested on my website using the Test mode and it worked fine:

Could you please export your form and send using the https://pastebin.com/?

Help! We are having a similar problem. We’ve received 14 registrations, but only 4 show up in our dashboard. We are using Pay Pal. Thank you for your help.
