Submission Summary on Forminator (in 2022 !)

I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

The link doesn’t work because it was shared as a temporary demo for specific ticket, from one of the test site from our staff. We don’t keep such things around/online all the time (unless it’s the link e.g. to our docs which is a different thing).

But that’s a side note. To show summary you can indeed use HTML field:

– add a HTML field as a last field of the form (e.g. on last page, after page break, just like you did)
– when editing the field click on a little blue(ish) square icon and select fields that you want to show there

Fields must be added individually there, out of all the available fields.

Would be amazing to add some if/else condition (depending if a case has certain value) but I guess this is probably a Pro feature.
