  • Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Fourteen theme with all plugins deactivated?

Why are you using an old copy of WordPress? Were you aware that your site is currently running a very real risk of being hacked? You need to upgrade WordPress asap.

Hi Esmi, if I see it correctly, the site is running on the latest wordpress version 3.8.1. Dashboard shows the latest version is installed. Is there something I am missing. Changing the theme with all plugins deactivated seems to be quite a task and our means of communication is this site.
Is there any suitable way to correct this or move back to the previous version?

Sorry but no. There is no magic bullet in these situations. This is just the start of basic troubleshooting – a process of elimination deliberately designed to locate the root cause as quickly as possible by first removing the most obvious and common culprits via a series of (often) temporary steps.

Your theme & plugin settings are saved in your database and should be retained for future use.

I checked in Google Chrome and IE11, it’s working fine (except the calendar does not show up in IE), but the spinning is going on with any action in IE8. Thus it seems a browser compatibility issue in CF7 version 3.7 rather any other issue/ Javascript issue

This is the same as what I am experiencing.

Mine was also working before updating.

@mcs2k1: It is considered impolite to interrupt another poster’s ongoing thread unless you are posting a solution or suggestion. It causes significant problems for the forum’s volunteers and prevents us from being able to track issues by topic. Please post your own topic.

@esmi: No harm meant, I’m just stating that I have the same problem so that the author/others will know that the poster is not the only one having this issue. The link I posted is my own topic (same issue/problem as this post), there are also others in there who are having the same issue so I thought it is better to post.
