Submission page not working

    I have been using this plugin for more than 2 years. Now, my submission page is not working. When I opened it, it showed a critical error. How to fix it?

  • Hi,

    could you at least provide the exact error or share your errror_log with us? Without more details it’s hard to say what is causing this problem.

    Did you add any new plugins or update existing ones or do anything to the code?

    Hello, I have the same problem. Error occured when trying to view 42 submissions.

    Also getting the same error as above on one website I manage but not on others.

    Just had 2 Submissions on a contact form from spammers with email addresses such as …

    @eox.kui

    Could these be an issue?

    How to fix?

    Is there a way to to read submissions directly from base?

    Then what is the solution? I checked in database, I couldn’t find any error there.

    We have just released v1.24.5 and hotfix is included in that version.
    Please update your plugin and let us know if the issue persists.

    Fixed for me as well though I had cleared the submissions out as most were spam anyway. But the page shows cleanly so I trust is it functioning now.
