Submission page not populating

    Hi,

    just updated to newest version 3.8.6 along with WordPress and noticed the Submissions page is completely blank. It’s like that on 2 or 3 other sites I updated as well. I rolled back to 3.8.5 but that didn’t fix it. I’ve checked another site also running it on 3.8.6 and theirs is fine. Theirs has not been updated to the newest WordPress version 6.6.6 so that must be the problem?

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the trouble. Please go to Ninja Forms → Settings → Advanced Settings and enable the “Show Legacy Submissions Page” option. Then click on the “Save Settings” button and reload the page.

    Now go to the Submissions page and you will be able to access it again. We are working fixing the issue and making the new Submissions page fully compatible with the latest version of WordPress.
