submission of CVS & resume – not only to apply for a concrete job – but for more

first of all – many many thank for the superb development – i really love the wp-jobmanager.

it is great and featurerich;
i love it – and i am planing a new project – starting in 2018.
i want to create a little market – for

a. employers – that one that offers jobs
b. employee – that one that look for jobs – and want to send in a cvs and a resume.

i need all the feature you offer:
especially i need to have one features – the resume-feature:
in other words – the option for user to post their resume and a cvs.

i want to allows job seekers to send their cvs and a resume – not only to a certain concrete job offer but also just for getting listed on the job-board of wp-jobmanager.

to get more into the details:
with this feature – the Employers (those who offer job-opportunities) have the option to browse the listings of the offered resumes.

in other words: i want to have the option that allwos user to post their cvs and resume – not only to apply for a job but also to get listed.

question: do you think that is possible – are we able to achieve this beahvior?
