submission not working

    I was reading your previous conversation, and I understand it.

    In this case, kindly be advised that the Form Submissions feature offered by Elementor is only available for some Pro licenses. So, if you want to enjoy this and other Pro features, you will need to acquire a Pro license

    not working when i open it in dashboard no enquiry show up
