Submission form wrapped with PRE and CODE tags

  • Hello,
    Great and simple plugin!
    I have a small issue with submission form. The backend is fine, works as expected, but front-end submission code is placed between
    “pre” and “code” tags. Can you tell me why? When I remove those tags in devtools, code behaves normally.
    I’ve tried to find those tags in plugin files, but I couldn’t spot ones.

    Would be grateful for response.
