Submission Form: popup Date Picker not working

  • Hi, I’m trying to isolate an issue with the date picker not functioning.

    Both sites use the same theme, CSS and Plugins, however one has a non-working date picker. The only difference is the live site has Varnish Cache running (built into the Dreamhost server, which I don’t control).

    I think my next step is to re-install the Events Manager plugin. Since this is a live site is there a way to do this without losing my current settings and events information?

    If that still does not work, any idea what else I should be looking at?

    it might be a theme or another plugin is causing the conflict since we are getting this javascript site on your site

    As long as you don’t choose the uninstall option, your data and settings will be preserved.

    It’s possible this is a conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

    As I stated in my original post I have the same theme and plugins installed on two different sites. On one the date picker works. On the other it doesn’t.

    That may not be relevant. I’d recommend doing the test anyway.

    Hi, I am having the same issue. As per your instructions, I switched to the default theme (Twenty sixteen), deactivated all plugins except Events-manager.

    The datepicker does not appear on the submission form. Yet it works perfectly from the add new event page (from the admin area).

    What else do you suggest?

    I redid all the settings in the plugin and the Datepicker works fine now..Thanks
