Submission Form Not Working

    Dear user,

    Please make sure that you have not set the Save to database section within the Form Opitons>General Options to no. In that case the submissions will not be stored in the Submissions section.

    Mine is still not working…. I have had a few registrations already for our event, then suddenly it doesn’t show the form just the following

    in the last few days I have updated plugins, and downloaded Events Manager Plugin but it was deactivated because I realized I needed to get my upcoming events copied down before I can update the new calendar system. So I reactivated our old Events plugin
