Ok I found that part but how can cusomters see the reviews I don’t see a shortcode for that and when we approve does it load on a page with the shortcode so others can see the reviews?

In order for users to see the reviews you need to create a view and display it on a page by going to your dashboard > Testimonials > Views > Add new > choose Display or Slideshow > choose your settings > save and copy the shortcode. Then go to Pages > edit the page where you’d like those reviews to be > paste there the shortcode > save.

Yes, the approved one will appear on that page with the shortcode.
