Submission doesn't care for textfields that change from any value to empty

It’s me again. ??
When changing textfields from certain values to empty (deleting, clearing the field) submission doesen’t react on these empty fields. There is no “… required” message even if the textfields are empty and their check boxes are set to required.
Conditions reacts after textfield changings to emtpy only if a dropdown list has been klicked at afterwards. It seems that dropdown click refreshes the fields to empty.
