Submission button stuck at processing- Multiselect field is the culprit

Hi there,

I’m experiencing the very same issue with the subscription form on my website : https://mouvement-europeen.eu/adherer/

I have updated everything, from WordPress to the Ninja Forms extension and yet the submit button does not work.

Any chance anyone knows how to solve this one?

I used the checkbox option instead of multiselect for the time being.

I dont think Ninja team will be replying to the issue so looking for alternatives mean time.
