submission button disappears from BP profile page after post deletion

    Hi there, I have earlier reported that the submission button disappears from the BP profile page after a while.
    Now I discovered that it happens if the user delete an image on there profile. After deletion new upload is not possible.

    File upload limit is set to one, in my setup
