Submenus Display Off Page

    We make use of submenus on our site. It appears they always appear to the right of the parent menu even if that means displaying off the page. I looked through the theme customization to see if there is a setting to adjust this behavior and did not find one. Is there something I missed? The theme needs to be intelligent enough to know if the menu display will fall partially outside the display window and shift to the left or right as needed.
