Moesia theme submenus

    theme : Mosia

    Im pretty new to this so please hang in there.

    On the home page I would like the submenus to pop up instead of down. The submenus on the other pages are ok as the header reverts to the very top of the page. How would I go about changing thins is in the style.css file?
