submenu topic navigation

    I’ve built this WordPress site: https://basbardie.nl.

    Directly under the header / menu I want to add a topic navigation sub menu.

    I found out that my theme (suffusion) adds this topic navigation sub menu automatically but only on sub pages like: https://basbardie.nl/projecten/het-derde-oog/.

    I would like to add the sub menu topic navigation to all the pages and sorted category pages. How can I do that?
