Submenu not functional

  • The Submenu Function Isn’t Working. I Create One And I Can See The Arrow Indicating There’s A Submenu, But I Can’t Click The Arrow To See What’s Under Therer EXCEPT In Customize Mode. And Then The Submenu Looks Completely Different From The Rest Of The Menu and has its own back button for some reason. Please Help.
