Submenu not displaying!

I was moving google translate code and social media icons in the header.php file for my site and now the dropdown menu does not work.
I’ve copied and pasted the original theme header code into the php file and it’s the same thing. I may have changed something in the CSS file, but was doing a lot of updates at the time. Could it be the display type for the menu?
