Hello, first of all, great plugin so thanks!

I am having a problem with scrolling once a submenu is expanded. Here’s the link: https://digitalprinciples.org. It only happened when I upgraded to the Pro version. The regular version was scrolling just fine. Now, however, when a submenu is expanded, it won’t allow for scrolling beyond the set height of the screen (on my iPhone device, but not on my sized-down browser). It is not allowing me to scroll down the menu. The page itself behind the menu scrolls, but not the open menu itself. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi dledet,

Thanks for the kind words in regards the plugin.

I believe I just replied on another ticket regarding this but I have just tested on my iPhone and I can scroll the menu just fine.

In fact, the menu and the background scroll together as you don’t have the absolute positioning option set.

Is this not what you are expecting?

Hi, thanks for the response! I actually had to change it back to the regular version (not Pro) because the client needed it working. I have implemented on a testing site where you can see the issue happening: dev site.

When I open this link on my iPhone in Safari, then open the hamburger menu and expand the “Principles” nav link to reveal “Principle 1, Principle 2, etc.”, I am unable to scroll down the expanded menu and see any of the other items that are below what is shown. The page behind the menu scrolls, but not the menu itself.

    Appreciate you looking into this.

This is definitely an issue with the Pro version (as opposed to the free version). I submitted a support request about this yesterday. Glad to see the dev is on it!

    Great plugin btw.

    Hi dledet,

Ok yep I see the issue – can you do one of the following:

    1. Provide me FTP and WP access to that dev site so I can check and try and squash the bug.

    2. Provide an export of your options file so I can fire it up on my dev site and see if I can replicate the issue that way.

Also please can you confirm what version you have installed and send all over to support [at] responsive [dot] menu and I will take a look tomorrow for you both.

    All the best

    Hi guys,

I have released a pro fix this morning that may fix these issues for you.

Can you please download again from the accounts > download page on my site and let me know if this fixes it?
