Submenu doesn’t show up on page preview

I tried it on our side and it’s working fine.
Do you have live site I could check?
Also, please copy the system status in Dashboard->Gutenverse->System Status. I need to check in the status if there is possibility of plugin conflicts.

Please don’t type your login credentials in the forum next time, this is a public forum.
I was only asking for your live site to check the frontend side of the site, no need to give me the login.
Your site also doesn’t seem accessible and the URL looks like a local site.
If you don’t have a live site yet, could you try checking if this is a plugin conflict issue?
Try deactivating the plugin one by one except Gutenverse and see if one of the other plugins causing the issue

@reactivephysio I have archived your reply, please do not ever post or ask anyone or accept an offer to let someone else log into your site. Regardless of the type of account you create for them.

It’s not ever safe and no one should do that.
