  • Revert to Twenty Twelve theme and see if you can see your menu as you setup/ wanted to have.

    Hi Krishna,

yes, it works but entire look of the site got changed. Is it possible to change in platform itself to avoid lot of rework.

    Thanks
    Aaftab

Download a fresh copy of the theme and replace your current theme and see if the problem is resolved.

    Hi Krishna,

    Thanks Krishna for your help.

Unfortunately, It did not solve the issue. Can you pls let me know if i need to look something else.

    Thanks
    Aaftab

I can see the sub-page item on your site’s menu. Remember to press CTRL and F5 simultaneously when viewing an updated page/site. Or try emptying your browser cache. This should ensure that your web browser fetches a fresh copy of the page rather than serving up an out-dated copy from your own cache.

    Also disable/deactivate any caching plugin(s).

    Hi Krishna,

i changed it to twenty twelve and it works with this theme. I was using w3cache and disable it but it did not work.

Can you please provide some other clue.

    Thanks
    Aaftab

Please revert to your earlier theme and leave your caching plugin disabled.
