Hi noku. I checked the link you posted above 4 times and found the following:
First time – two top-level menu items labeled “Our Members” but no “Membership”
Second time – one top-level menu item labeled “Our Members” and one labeled “Membership”
Third time – the situation you described in your post.
Fourth time – same as #2 but the menu items were reversed. Here’s a screenshot.
How did you create your menus?

    Hi bdbrown.

I changed the layout of the menu and removed the submenu because it wasn’t working. Let me restore the layout back to the situation I’m talking about please check

That doesn’t look like normal WP menu functionality. Are you using a plugin to create your menus?

Yes I used the normal wordpress menu functionality and im not sure why it’s doing that.

Perhaps a plugin conflict? You might try disabling all your plugins and see if that fixes it. If so, enable the plugins one at a time and check the menu after each one to see which plugin causes the issue. You could also try switching to a default WP theme, like Twenty Fifteen, and see if the problem exists there as well.
