Submenu and mobile menu problems.

Hello,
I have created a website with main menu containing submenus. Everything was working just perfect – either on PC and on mobile devices but unfortunately it no longer does – in fact, mobile menu doesn’t work at all.
I didn’t make any changes until I noticed it wasn’t working – now I made some but it didn’t help – just the opposite, it’s even worse.
