Subject selected in drop down menu not showing in received email

Hello,
I’m trying to use drop down menus in the contact form to specifiy the type of contact (for example : business, press, partnership)
I can add a drop down menu, no problem, but when receiving the email, there is no mention of the selected option from the drop down menu. So it’s pretty useless…
Any idea why ?
