    Dear WP Staging Team,

    I am considering purchasing your program as I am currently building new websites, and in the past, changes have often led to issues. WP Staging seems like a great solution to minimize these problems and make development more secure.

    Additionally, I need this solution to allow my team, particularly the WP All Import team, access to my shop.

    Unfortunately, the staging site I created cannot be opened. I urgently need your assistance to resolve this issue and make an informed purchasing decision.

    Please send a screenshot showing what happens when you open the staging site along with the site’s system information from (WP STAGING PRO > System Info) via this form and we will help you further from there.

    Subject: Immediate Assistance Needed – Unable to Deactivate or Delete PluginHello WP Staging Team,I am experiencing a major issue after creating a staging site with your plugin. My entire shop crashed, and every time I attempt to deactivate the plugin, I receive a “critical error” and lose access to the site. The only way I can regain access is by restoring a full database backup, but that leaves me unable to deactivate or uninstall the plugin.For now, I just need help to safely deactivate or delete the plugin. Once that’s resolved, we can address the other issues.Thank you in advance for your help.
