Subject Line of E-mail in Plain Text

    When I send the approve or deny e-mails, my subject lines are written in plain-text. This normally wouldn’t be a problem, except that I am using the & title in my site Title, and so all my e-mails have “&” in the subject line. This is a problem that I believe is unique to New User Approve. I have integrated it with Woocommerce, and utilized an auto-logout procedure. No other e-mails with Woocommerce have this problem. Does anyone know how to ensure that e-mails are sent in html?
