Missing Subject Box

  • Hi, I just installed and tested your contact plugin. It works great, and sent within 2-3 seconds..

    But, where is the SUBJECT BOX? It’s in the admin/settings.. It’s NOT showing on the actual form (front-end)?

    Please advice how to get the SUBJECT BOX going…
