    Hello,
I’m actually having some trouble using TranslatePress Plugin.
I tried to solve it for hours, but i cant.
I just checked with the Firefox dev tools, and my html code is trying to get images from a folder wich has not been created. I tried to create it manually and copy the /wp-content of my website inside but when i load the page it tell me “403 Forbiden – Not enough permission” or something like that.
I don’t know what to do because i’m not supposed to create the folder manually so i’m not supposed to give more permissions.
+ i already tried to disable all my plugins except TranslatePress
    Any tips ?

Hello, sorry for the late answer.
I just switched to WPML to check if the issue still persist, and the answer is yes.

    Here is some screenshot :

    Image from firefox dev tools

Here there is the link where the image should be stored, but the “en” directory doesn’t exist yet, so my background image isn’t displaying :

    Empty background image

    Any idea ?…

    I forgot this :

    404 error in firefox console

Still no idea about how to solve this problem.
I tried to create the “en” directory manually but it tells me that i don’t have enough permission when i load the page.

    Please, any help ?

    Hi,

Did you use home_url() to link to those images & scripts? If so, that’s probably what’s causing it.

You should have used site_url() because that one doesn’t get the language parameter added to it.

    Best Regards!

    Hi,

Thanks for your help, it works !
For those with the same problem, check your HTML Page and if you use bloginfo(), change for site_url().

    Have a nice day ??
