    I havent tried it myself so far, but I think you may not create a new folder when you create the subdomain.

    Choose “create or select a folder” and select “/” (if your wordpress installation is in the root of your domain).

    I had a shared hosting account with GoDaddy. I don’t believe the plugin works with a shared hosting account. I upgraded to a server, made a wild card subdomain in cpanel (*.yourwebsite.com), and then it worked.

    Hopes this helps. Unfortunately, servers are more pricey. You may be able to get the wildcard subdomain cheaper somewhere else.
