Subdomains activation broken

Any help would be appreciated.

This does NOT work.
It tells me:
“The license key on this domain is already inactive”
When I go to activate with the license key, I get the message:
“License key already in use on https://<site>&#8221;

But, it tells me that the plug in is expired and needs to be activated.

So, I can’t deactivate, I can’t activate. It worked great for a few days, but now… nothing. Need a solution, we’re going on almost a month here.

I managed to get ONE of three sites to reactivate. Still not very useful as the other two will not deactivate, nor can I activated.
This level of “turn it off and back on again” is less than stellar.

basically I can have ONE of my sites active at a time.
On is the primary domain, the other two are subdomains of that primary. See your support ticket from 2019-12-20 for all the details.

Could you share your site URL so we can “clean” your licence key?

https://demo.bookreader.club/ <- This domain is currently “active” but can’t talk to the others as they aren’t.
