Subdomain not support Private video / Media error: Format(s) not supported or

My site uses download hosting for its media section.
There is no problem displaying the video when uploading video normally.
But when I select the private video option, the video is not displayed and there is an error

Displays Media error: Format (s) not supported or source (s) not found.
The production link is from the main site address, not Sabadamneh.
