Subdomain name replace on publish

Hi!

I have some little problem, I am planned to move my wordpress site to subdomain like: (admin.wp.com), and now automatic sharing is shared like admin.wp.com, does it possible way to share the posts with wp.com not admin.wp.com ? ? ? all wp.com/admin.wp.com works exactly one database but front wp.com is build in other framework not wordpress.

Does it exists some relatively URL supporting ???
