Subdomain is woocommerce store how to set categories

Hello,
I’m not sure if this is even possible. I have my shop page as a subdomain to my main website and wanted to make the main woocommerce page (with category buttons) as the front page. Is this something restricted by my theme or is this something I can change? I thought I made the shop page the home page but it’s still the same.
