Subdomain images aren’t correctly displaying

I looked at your screenshot and I am not sure what is the exact issue since the header image is just showing half in the screenshot. Also, I visited both your websites and all images loaded fine for me.

Could you please upload another image and highlight the images in question ?

Thank you for your input @tsure! I uploaded more images onto https://shop.curlswithattitude.com/ and in the sidebar and footer images that are labeled “suggestions”, “contact us”, “forum”, “blog” and etc. Are the images that are not displaying correctly for me.

I decided to completely do away with the sidebar images, but they are still in the footer, if you visit the page. Just stroll to the bottom.

Yes, I do see them in the footer. So should they be there or not be there or what is the exact problem we are looking at. Sorry I am a little confused here. When you say “images are not displaying correctly for me”, how do you intend them to be displayed?

For some reason, the image is scaled within a box. The box is the actual size of the image. But the image appears smaller.

I illustrated what I mean in this screenshot. I hope this makes more sense to you.

Ah, thanks for that ! Now I know what we are working towards here ?? Ok, so this is more of a HTML issue. Are you using any kind of theme for this ?

The problem is quite simple assuming it is a div element that is holding your image. You need to set its CSS:

img {
    max-width: 100%;
    max-height: 100%;
}

Yes the theme I am using is called Hipsta from CreativeMarket.
