    We Have a contact form7 in one of our subdomain website. The ‘to’ address in the form points to our main domain. Although we get a ‘Successful’ message for the form submission but are not receiving any mails on the said ID. Please let us know how we can resolve this.

    Mail sending is handled by the CF7 plugin itself which uses wp_mail(). If you’re not getting any error messages then I reckon your issue is server related. The To address shouldn’t care which email you send it to, so long as it is a valid email.

    Have you checked your main domain mail registry spam filters so see if they are being blocked?
