Subdomain Autoupdate

  • Currently have an installation on a subdomain, however I have exhausted my reasoning as to why the auto update won’t work. Does anyone have any suggestions as to ways to get the update to register. I imagine that it’s looking for the installation in the root directory and not a sub-directory.

    I have used about 5 different options for connection and get:

    Error: There was an error connecting to the server, Please verify the settings are correct.

    I know this is just a setting, but curious: should I be connecting to the root domain …and if so, how do I identify where this should be updating? If not, then I should be using the login for the sub-domain and none of that is working.
    Hope this makes sense.
