    As part of the plugin settings with Cloudflare, we have to enter the API keys and select domain. What is we have a subdomain that does not appear in the domain drop down list? How do we setup this plugin to work with a subdomain?

    For the subdomain in the domain list you select the main domain of which the subdomain is. For example in case of abc.example.com in the dropdown you will select example.com.
