subcribers dashboard

I want my readers to be able to write and have used the subscriber mode. However when they enter their dashboard they have the opportunity to see other subscribers email address’s and IP, plus although they cannot moderate they can still view the messages awaiting moderation. Is this normal ? I would prefer that only the Admin should have access to others email address. drmike did come up with the idea of changing the <th><?php _e(‘E-mail’) ?></th> in admin/users/php but I cannot even find that,
