Subcriber List location in Updraft Plus backup files

  • Hello!

    Using Mailpoet 2.

    Client website recently went thru a bunch of issues and had to rebuild. I would like to restore the subscriber list and was wondering if I can extract them from the Updraft Plus backup files.

    I really don’t want to restore old Mailpoet plugin and associated files as I don’t know why/what caused the previous issues and not looking to re-introduce previous issue.

    In these back up files, is the subscriber saved? In the database or uploads plugin files?

    Hi there @diamondrcreative,

    The subscribers are saved to the database, not the uploads file. You should be able to export the subscribers from your Updraft backup. Or install the Updraft backup and write an SQL query to export them. ??
