Subcribe or Manage Subscriptions

    Hello,

    Why when I click Subcribe or Manage Subscriptions,
    it appears:
    Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/gosimp5/public_html/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 3042

    I read the document, is it because the ppermalinks?
    But how would I know the name of the page? or even the id of the page?

    my structure would be /%category%/%postname%/
