    Hello.

    Can you help me with issue please?

    I have created a woocommerce store in WordPress, created a categories and also a subcategories. I have attached them in menu as a categories and subcategories, I have added a products and assigned each product to specific category. When I click that specific subcategory in my store, all category items appears instead of specific subcategory items. What should I do?

    Theme: Ocean WP

    I don’t see: Customize-> Woocommerce -> Product catalog to select “show subcategories” I don’t see that option google are talking about. Product catalog doesn’t appear in Woocommerce section in customize.

    I don’t see: Customize-> Woocommerce ->?Product catalog?to select “show subcategories” I don’t see that option google are talking about. Product catalog doesn’t appear in Woocommerce section in customize.

    The options available on the Customizer might change depending on the theme you are using. The option you mentioned is available on Storefront, for example, which is a default theme, so it has the default options. But the options on Ocean WP (which is not a default theme) are different. That’s why you are not seeing it.

    Are you using a page builder plugin (such as Elementor, for example) or a plugin/custom code to customize the pages on your site?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
