Subcategories problem

Hi, I have a probelm:
– my customer installed the plugin, and after a while, deactivating it – funny thing happend – some product in a subcategori are not shown.
In this category:
https://e-babystuff.pl/akcesoria-dla-dzieci/gniazdka-niemowlece/we have 7’th active products, but it’s showing only 2. Please advice.
